1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing products from GRCBlueprints.com ("we", "our", "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers. Commercial use is permitted subject to the licence terms in Section 3.

2. Products & Delivery

GRCBlueprints sells digital compliance documentation templates ("Blueprints") in DOCX and PDF formats. All products are:

  • Delivered digitally via Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, immediately upon successful payment
  • Accessible via download link sent to your email address provided at checkout
  • Available for re-download within your Lemon Squeezy customer portal for the duration of the licence

As digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, GRCBlueprints grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to:

  • Use and adapt the blueprint template for internal compliance purposes within a single organisation
  • Modify the DOCX file to reflect your organisation's specific policies, procedures, and branding
  • Submit adapted documents to regulatory authorities as required by applicable law

Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the original unmodified templates with third parties. Consulting use across multiple client organisations requires a multi-client licence — contact consulting@grcblueprints.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All blueprints, their structure, content, and formatting remain the intellectual property of GRCBlueprints. The regulatory text excerpts and references included in blueprints are reproduced under applicable European Union open data and public sector information rules. Your adaptations of templates for internal use are your property; the underlying template structure remains ours.

5. Disclaimer of Legal Advice

IMPORTANT: GRCBlueprints templates are operational documentation tools, not legal advice.

Blueprints are designed to assist compliance professionals in creating operational documentation aligned with regulatory requirements. They are not a substitute for qualified legal advice. You should review any compliance documentation with qualified legal counsel before formal submission to a regulatory authority or reliance in a legal context.

GRCBlueprints makes no representation that any template, as adapted by you, will satisfy all requirements of a specific regulator in a specific jurisdiction or context.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. If a blueprint does not cover what you expected based on the product description, email hello@grcblueprints.com with your order reference for an immediate refund.

Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or regulatory penalties
  • We are not liable for your failure to adapt templates appropriately to your specific circumstances

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer protection law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. EU consumers retain all statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, which cannot be excluded by these terms. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your jurisdiction, those laws take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms.

9. Data Processing

Purchase data is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. GRCBlueprints processes only email addresses for newsletter subscribers (with consent) and limited purchase data for refund and customer service purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply to purchases made after the "Last updated" date above. Existing purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
